Slope-Streaked Knob

NASA's Mars Global Surveyor shows dark slope streaks coming down the slopes of a knob in western Amazonis Planitia on Mars. All of the surfaces are mantled by dust. On the slopes, mass movement of dry dust has created the streaks.
