In this interactive virtual workshop for teachers, we will highlight activities and resources featured in the Mission to Mars Student Challenge as we countdown to the landing of NASA's Perseverance Mars rover on February 18. We will discuss how to get students engaged in this historic event – not just in their science classes, but also in their math and language arts courses.

Education specialist Brandon Rodriguez will be joined by teachers Guadalupe de la O and Amanda Wood, who will share how they have brought cross-disciplinary NASA topics into their classrooms. There will also be an opportunity for participants to share their best practices and showcase student work from the challenge so far.
