- JPL is not responsible for any wrong usage of the Webtool by users.
- JPL assumes no liability or responsibility for decisions made by users and its employees authorized to use the Webtool.
- Users shall not attempt to reverse engineer the source codes of the Webtools.
- Users shall not share their user names and password with any third party.
- Users agree to give consent to JPL to record, store and process the personal data provided as part of the user registration process.
- JPL assumes no obligation to provide support to users or maintenance of the Webtool. User support will be provided JPL’s best effort basis.
- JPL reserves the right to develop new versions of the Webtool and to make the new versions available to users on JPL’s server under different terms and conditions
- Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold JPL harmless from any loss, liability, damages, or claims, including attorneys' fees, that may arise from or relate to user’s use of the Webtool, or the data resulting therefrom.
- In the event user’s data are stored on JPL’s server or elsewhere during or after the use of the Webtool, then users assume all risks related to the loss or corruption of such data. JPL expressly makes no warranty concerning the accuracy, security or privacy of user’s data at any time.
- The Webtool shall remain available subject to JPL’s sole discretion.
- The Webtool is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind.
