JPL Newsletters: Our Universe, Delivered to You

Webby hero graphic

The Jet Propulsion Laboratory set out to reimagine its suite of flagship email newsletters last year, switching to a visually rich and immersive design that reflects the Lab’s identity as NASA’s lead center for robotic exploration of the universe.

Since the launch of the redesign in March of 2022, JPL has seen a steady increase in open rates, click-through rates, and newsletter subscribers, with an average open rate of 32.33% and an average click-to-open rate of 7.15%. In total, the newsletters now have over 165,000 current subscribers.

Subscribers can choose from among four newsletter options: Latest News, Day in Review, Week in Review, or Month in Review.
