JunoCam, the color public engagement camera aboard NASA's Juno spacecraft, captured this sequence of images during its 46th close pass by the giant planet on Sept. 29, 2022.

Citizen scientist Gerald Eichstädt processed the images to enhance their color and contrast, and assembled them together into this animation.

JunoCam's raw images are available for the public to peruse and process into image products at https://missionjuno.swri.edu/junocam/processing. More information about NASA citizen science can be found at https://science.nasa.gov/citizenscience and https://www.nasa.gov/solve/opportunities/citizenscience.
