Visit Eventbrite My Tickets and log in using the email address and password associated with your tickets. Follow the instructions to update the ticket name(s).

Please check back regularly for cancellations. Any canceled tickets are returned to Eventbrite and become available for rebooking immediately.

We do not maintain a waitlist or cancellation list. If tickets become available due to cancellations, they will be posted on Eventbrite. Please check Eventbrite regularly for availability.

• Saturday, October 10, 2026: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Sunday, October 11, 2026: 9:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• Please arrive at the designated time listed on your ticket or anytime thereafter.
• Note: Early entry before your designated ticket time is not guaranteed.

• Valid Ticket: Children ages two and under do not require a ticket. All other attendees MUST have a valid printed/electronic ticket to enter.
  • Non-Transferable: Tickets cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash value.
  • Need to cancel? If you can no longer attend, please log into your account at Eventbrite My Tickets to release your tickets for others.
• Identification: Persons over 18 years of age MUST have a government-issued ID (REAL ID or passport) that matches the name on their ticket.

Yes, free parking is provided on site. As you approach JPL, parking attendants will guide you where to park. (Click here for driving directions).

Guests will receive a printed map with open venues upon arrival.

Yes. The areas will be clearly marked. If you need assistance, please look for a JPL representative wearing a red shirt.

Yes. Restrooms are located throughout the lab and will be clearly marked on your event map.

• Electronics: Cameras and phones (professional cameras will be inspected prior to entry).
• Bags: Small handbags or backpacks (subject to inspection at entry).
• Mobility Support: Strollers and wheelchairs as needed (subject to inspection at entry).
• Outdoor Essentials: Sunscreen, hats, and comfortable walking shoes.
• Refreshments: Water and small snacks (food vendors will be on site).

• Animals: Except certified service animals.
• Substances: Alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and drug paraphernalia.
• Oversized & Glass Items: Awnings, tents, glass containers, ice chests, or other bulky items.
• Vehicles: Bicycles, tricycles, scooters, skateboards, e-bikes, or any other motorized or electrically powered devices.
• Remote-Controlled Devices: Drones, walkie-talkies, and other remote-controlled devices.
• Weapons: Weapons, explosives, or other incendiary devices.
