What are the official days/hours of the event?

How early may I arrive?
You must arrive at the designated time printed on your ticket or anytime thereafter.
You will NOT be allowed entry before your designated time.
Can I make changes to the names on my reservation?
Yes. You can log into your account at https://www.eventbrite.com/. Once you have logged in, you can make changes to the names on the tickets for this event. Remember, in order to attend A Ticket to Explore JPL, the name on your ticket must match your full legal name as it appears on your government issued ID.
Is there a waitlist?
No, there is no waitlist. However, if there are any cancelations, they will appear directly back on the website. You can continue to check availability at https://explore.jpl.nasa.gov/.
What can I bring to JPL?
A printed/electronic ticket per person.
A valid ID (18 and older).
Cameras and mobile phone devices.
Enthusiasm matched by patience.
Small handbags or backpacks.
Strollers and wheelchairs as needed.
Sunscreen, hats and comfortable shoes for walking.
Water and small snacks (food vendors will be on site).
Please do NOT bring to JPL:
Animals (except certified service animals).
Awnings, tents, and other bulky items.
Bicycles, tricycles, Segways, and skateboards.
Glass containers and ice chests.
Walkie-talkies, drones or other remote control devices.
Weapons, explosives or other incendiary devices.
Do I need a ticket for my baby?
No. Children 2 years of age and younger do not require a ticket. All other attendees MUST have a ticket to enter. Persons over 18 years of age MUST have a valid government issued ID that matches the name on their ticket.
Is JPL wheelchair/stroller accessible?
Yes. The areas will be clearly marked. If you cannot find these areas, please locate a JPL representative wearing a red shirt.
Will there be restrooms available with baby changing tables?
Yes. They will clearly marked and available in certain locations across the Lab.

What can I expect to see at this event?
There are many exhibits to experience. Some are available inside buildings and some are outside under tents. There will be 3-D movies, multiple spacecraft on display, historical building to walk thru and many scientists and engineers to chat with. Upon entering the event, you will be provided a printed map. If you have a mobile device, you can also view our free web-based app. Simply type this URL into your smartphone or tablet http://www.jpl.nasa.gov/oh.
Where can I park? Is free parking available?
Yes. We offer free parking on site and there are two ways in which you can enter.
What if it rains?
The event will happen as planned, rain or shine. We do recommend you dress for the weather, as the event is both indoors and outdoors.
