NASA's next rover, Perseverance, is launching to Mars this summer. Ask questions of mission team members and find out how to share the excitement with students during this virtual education workshop from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

In this one-hour live workshop, we’ll introduce you to Perseverance, NASA's next Mars rover, and provide an overview of what the mission is designed to accomplish. Hear from JPL Systems Engineer Farah Alibay about how Perseverance will take the next steps in our exploration of Mars. Find out about exciting new science experiments and technologies onboard the rover, and get to know the Mars helicopter joining Perseverance on its journey to the Red Planet. Plus, get an inside look at what to expect on launch day. Get your questions about the mission answered and learn from JPL education specialists about related lessons you can use with students, whether they are learning in a traditional classroom, summer camp or online.
