Carrying RoboSimian

Engineers from NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory carry RoboSimian, a robot developed at JPL, at the DARPA Robotics Challenge Trials in Florida in December 2013. Left to right: Yong Lin, James Borders, John Leichty, Brett Kennedy.

The RoboSimian team is led by JPL. Stanford University, Palo Alto, Calif., collaborated on the development of the robot's unique hands.
