The NASA Summer Undergraduate Program for Planetary Research, or SUPPR, is an eight-week summer internship providing undergraduates majoring in geology and related sciences with an opportunity to participate in NASA planetary geosciences research.

The STEM Teacher and Researcher Program, or STAR, is a nine-week summer fellowship that offers undergraduate, graduate and teaching-credential-seeking students from any California State University campus, or Noyce Scholars from any U.S. university, who are planning to become science teachers an opportunity to gain hands-on research experience at research centers nationwide, including JPL.

NASA/IPAC Teacher Archive Research Program

The NASA/IPAC Teacher Archive Research Program, or NITARP, gets educators involved in authentic astronomical research by teaming them up with professional astronomers for a year-long original research project using NASA's vast archives of astronomical data from space- and ground-based telescopes.
