Leslie Livesay is the director for the Engineering and Science Directorate at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Her prior assignments include serving as deputy director for JPL's Astronomy and Physics Directorate, Kepler project manager, Avionics Systems and Technology Division manager, Deep Space 1 spacecraft manager, Mars Pathfinder telecommunication subsystem project element manager, Radio Frequency Subsystem Group supervisor and NASA Scatterometer radio frequency subsystem technical lead. Livesay received her bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and her master's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California.
